And with a £3 million plant investment our state-of-the art facility at Tibshelf delivers the most thorough re-manufacturing process for steel assets in the UK to ensure that our customers enjoy the highest quality at the lowest possible price.
The process begins with a careful inspection of the asset – for example, a shopping trolley – to ensure that the basic condition satisfies our selection criteria. Reviva will not accept any broken wires or bent chassis because we want nothing but the very best products for our customers.
Once all plastics are removed an intense heat process strips away all surface finishes so that the bare metal of the original asset is exposed. We’re now ready to start our unique triple-layer surface finishing process – to ensure you get the very best corrosion resistance from your ‘Reviva’ product
In addition to our standard bright zinc plated finish you could specify an eye-catching powder-coated layer to match your corporate ID and add yet another level of surface protection – whether it’s a shopping trolley, hand basket or display solution. To complete the outstanding Reviva quality package, we supply all new OEM plastics and castors where applicable.
